Driven by a passion to support emerging technology companies in developing their core teams in Japan and Asia, they created a uniquely customized, proactive approach to providing innovative placement solutions for exceptional executives and companies.

Adept Group is a licensed recruitment firm by the Ministry of Health, Labor & Welfare, and is the only firm in Japan that focuses exclusively on the emerging technology space.
