Doug is originally from the USA, California and has been residing in Japan for more than a decade with the majority of that time supporting emerging technologies companies with their mission critical hires. Doug has a degree in International Business with focus on Japan from San Diego State University, in addition to spending a year at Gunma National University as an exchange student. Doug is fluent in Japanese and a very driven and results focused consultant that aspires to establish long term relationships with clients and candidates. Doug, like the other Adept Group partners, still remains very hands on to the business, covering all aspects of the recruiting role as well as managing the team and the day to day business.
