PRESENTATION – Present the opportunity to the candidates, discussing detailed points regarding the client and the position to ensure there is strong and viable interest

INTRODUCTION – Introduce candidates with the potential for the best possible match to the client

PIPELINE MANAGEMENT – Manage the pipeline of candidate talent to ensure there are sufficient additional options available to satisfy the needs of the client and achieve an optimal end result

PARTNERSHIP – Partnering with the client and selected candidate to ensure acceptance of a mutually beneficial offer

FOLLOW-UP – Continued communication with both candidate and client post-start date to ensure the hire is secure and integration is proceeding successfully
